Requirements for Rental

21 years of age or older or

• Rent Guarantee signed by parent or guardian
• Parent/Guardian must meet rent credit requirements

Maximum Occupancy:

• 2 BR Apt – 3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children under 10 years.
• 1 BR Apt – 2 adults or 1 adult and up to 2 children under 10 years.

Present valid form of ID

No pets

No smoking

$30 non-refundable application fee per adult or married couple

Criminal

• No felony convictions

• Not a registered sex offender

Credit

Minimum credit score of 620 or debt to income ratio is 35% or less (Rent amount/monthly income)
